Sales Activity & Inventory

  • In February 2025, the sales-to-active listings ratio in Metro Vancouver stood at 23.2%, signaling a balanced market.

  • As of December 2024, 10,948 homes were listed for sale, a 24.4% increase year-over-year, providing buyers with more options.
